A Solo woman has died from injuries sustained in early January in a wreck south of Houston.
Pauline Lesley, 83, died Saturday following a crash at the Hog Creek Bridge south of Houston. She was driving a northbound 1996 Chevrolet when she pulled into the path of a 1986 Peterbilt operated northbound by Rex A. Carter, 57, of Mansfield. Both were attempting to avoid a previous accident.
She was flown by air ambulance to a Springfield hospital, where she died Saturday.
