Houston police handled several investigations in the last week. 

The following are matters recently dealt with by Houston police:

April 9

––Phillip E. Baldree, 27, of 14511 Miller Road in Bucyrus, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after allegedly taking money from the till of a gas station he works for on Sam Houston Boulevard in Houston.

Representatives of the store’s management stated that several recent deposits had been short when Baldree had done the closing.

April 26

––Edward L. Durbin, 49, of 1202 John St. in Houston, was issued a citation for allowing a dog to run at-large after two large dogs reportedly attacked a neighbor’s puppy.

––Billy J. Hayes, 43, of 121 Ozark Terrace in Houston, was issued a citation for driving while revoked after a traffic stop at about 6:10 p.m. on Bryan Street.

––Danny S. Chambers, 30, and Stacy E. Bynum Jr., both of 115 S. Oak Crest in Houston, were each issued citations for disturbance of private peace after allegedly honking a vehicle horn and yelling outside a Thomasville Road residence at about 10:15 p.m.

April 27

––Brandon L. Campbell, 31, of 107-B Cedar St. in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after allegedly swiping an air conditioner out of a window at his mother’s home, and then selling it.

April 28

––Laticia L. Wilson, 21, of 16708 Brushy Creek Drive in Houston, was issued a citation for improper vehicle registration – expired – and displaying plates of another.

April 30

––Amanda K. Kennedy, 33, of 6094 Timberhill Road at Hartshorn, was arrested for having an active Texas County warrant for passing bad checks.

An officer made the arrest at about 1:30 p.m. at Walmart.

May 1

––John M. Montgomery, 58, of 115 Junction St. in Raymondville, was issued a citation for operating a Missouri registered vehicle with an expired number tag after an officer observed expired tags on the Toyota truck Montgomery was driving on U.S. 63 at about 3 p.m.
