A Licking man was arrested Memorial Day afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Timothy K. Frederich, 28, was arrested on charges of DWI – first offense, as well as careless and imprudent driving by failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours, according to a report.
