A Licking man was arrested early Saturday on two charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Kenneth J. Hunt, 45, was arrested on a felony Franklin County warrant charging him on a stolen property count and failing to dim headlights.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a patrol report.
