Texas County Memorial Hospital and Mercy Clinic in Houston are sponsoring sport physicals for Houston area high school and middle school athletes.
The physicals are 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, June 9 at the TCMH Medical Complex. TCMH and Mercy healthcare providers will perform the sport physicals.
All sport physicals are $5 per athlete, and no appointment is necessary. Athletes need to bring the Missouri State High School Activities Association form signed by a parent or guardian to the physicals. The forms are available through athletic coaches.
