A Cabool woman was injured Sunday afternoon when a tractor-trailer unit pulled into her path at U.S. 63 and West U.S. 60.
Tpr. S.J. Crewse said a northbound 2005 Freightliner operated by Dion F. Sutfin, 40, of Lake City, Ark., made a U-turn into the path of a northbound 2005 Dodge Magnum driven by Samatha J. Robinson, 34, of Cabool. Her vehicle struck the side of the big rig at Cabool.
Robinson was taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Medical Center at West Plains.
Assisting at the scene were Cpl. Curtis Haden, Cpl. Eric Cooper, Tpr. Myron Downey and Cabool Police Chief Lynn Jones.
Robinson’s vehicle had extensive damage, Crewse said.
