A New Mexico man was arrested on charges of felony tampering with a motor vehicle following an incident Monday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Allen L. Kulp, 39, Alamogordo, N.M., was also arrested on charges of driving while revoked.
Kulp was taken to the Texas County Jail and held awaiting the filing of any charges, according to a report.
