A 51-year-old woman from Licking was injured late Wednesday morning when her van failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the right side of Highway 181, overcorrected and overturned on the roadway.
Cpl. N.J. Britt of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said the northbound vehicle was driven by Patsy J. Saxton, who was later taken by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center at West Plains.
Saxton, who was wearing a seat belt, had minor injuries, Britt said. The 2002 Chevrolet van was totaled in the mishap, which was eight miles north of Gainesville.
