A Houston boy with terminal cancer threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Thursday night’s St. Louis Cardinals game.
Liam Myrick, 3, and his family were on the field prior to the game against the Colorado Rockies at Busch Stadium. Liam threw the pitch to Jason Motte, who also spent time with the Myricks before the game.
Liam has stage-four Neuroblastoma. His family has been told the disease is terminal.
Liam previously threw out the first pitch for the Springfield Cardinals.
