The Houston Police Department recently issued citations to several suspects involved in physical altercations or unruly behavior.
The following are matters recently dealt with by Houston police:
July 10
––Two men were each issued citations following a peace disturbance at about 1 a.m. at a Highway 17 apartment complex.
The pair reportedly came to the residence of a 23-year-old woman and became involved in acts such as yelling, punching the vehicle window of the woman’s boyfriend, and throwing an open beer.
Benjamin J. Foster, 19, of 11224 Highway EE, Mountain Grove, was cited for peace disturbance and second-degree trespassing, and Brandon P. Duneski, 33, of 1020 Thomasville Road, in Houston, was cited for peace disturbance.
July 15
––Ty A.J. Huff, 19, of 1208 Orchard Grove St. in Houston, was issued a citation for peace disturbance by fighting after reportedly being involved in a scuffle with a 16-year-old male at about 9:50 p.m. in the parking lot of a U.S. 63 63 gas station.
A report was sent to the county juvenile officer regarding the minor.
July 17
––Cherri G. Tucker, 20, of 15474 Camden Road at Bucyrus, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after police said she was caught attempting to shoplift several items of makeup at Walmart at about 1:40 p.m.
––James R. Olsen, 24, of 8205 Northview Lane, Lot 16, in Houston, was issued a citation for driving without a license after an officer saw him driving on Steffens Street in Houston.
––Cindy B. Meeks, 44, of 960 Shelton Drive, Lot 3, at Cabool, was arrested at the Missouri Private Probation and Parole office for having an active Texas County warrant for animal abuse.
