Two persons were arrested early Sunday in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Chase D. Mings, 22, of Ash Grove, was arrested on charges of DWI, second offense; and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours.
Wayne D. Madison, 65, of Plato, was arrested on charges of DWI. He was taken to the Texas County Sheriff’s Department and released to another party, according to a report.
