A Plato teenager was injured Saturday night in a one-vehicle accident at Highway 17 and Slabtown Road north of Roby, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Faith V. Brown, 18, was traveling northbound when her vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a tree, said Sgt. Jeff Kinder of the patrol.
Brown, who was taken to a Fort Leonard Wood hospital by private vehicle, was wearing a seat belt.
Kinder said her 2004 Dodge Stratus sustained extensive damage.
