Texas County Memorial Hospital is sponsoring sport physicals for Summersville area high school and middle school athletes.
Physicals are available from 1-5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, at the at the Summersville Community Clinic. Diana Koenig, DO will perform the sport physicals.
The Summersville Community Clinic is located at 805 Second Street.
All sport physicals are $5 per athlete. No appointment is necessary.
Athletes should bring the Missouri State High School Activities Association form signed by a parent or guardian to the physicals. The forms are available through athletic coaches or at the clinic.
Physicals are required by MSHSAA for all prospective athletes.
