The Texas County Commission has made two appointments to the Piney Township board.
They are Don Collins and Joe Montgomery. The were appointed to fill the terms of board members Roger Martin and Jackie Cooper, who resigned last week. Rounding out the board are Diana Hill and Pam McKinney.
