A Birch Tree man died from injuries sustained Tuesday morning in a logging accident in eastern Texas County.
John C. Glasscock, 23, an employee of Davidson Logging Co., was cutting trees north of Hartshorn when the accident occurred. A tree fell on him, authorities said. Summersville emergency responders were called to Silver Drive at 11:26 a.m.
