A California man was arrested early Sunday in Texas County by the state patrol.
According to a report, Steve Woerner, 21, of Santee, Calif., was arrested on charges of DWI and careless and imprudent driving. He was processed and released to another party at the scene, according to the patrol.
Renee S. Phillips, 49, of Houston, was arrested late Saturday on a misdemeanor Texas County warrant charging her with passing bad checks and another misdemeanor Texas County warrant charging her with operating a motor vehicle without a license. According to a report, she was taken to the Texas County Jail.
