A Plato man received moderate injuries Sunday when his ATV struck a concrete culvert and overturned.
Tpr. Marty Wiseman on the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Teddy G. Holdren was operating a 2008 Artic Cat ATV southbound on Highway 17 just north of Highway AW when the accident occurred.
Holdren was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
