Two persons were stopped by the Houston Police Department and suspected of underage drinking.

A Houston man was issued three citations by the Houston Police Department on Aug. 27 after being accused of supplying liquor to and tattooing a trio of teenage girls.

Adrian D. Davis, 27, of 530 Florence St. in Houston, was cited after a woman called the police station at about 1:30 a.m. and reported that her daughter, niece and another girl had been at Davis’ residence drinking.

An officer responded to the woman’s address and made contact with the girls, who confirmed they had been at Davis’ home, and stated that while they were there he had provided them alcoholic drinks and tattooed them.

The officer conducted portable breath tests with the girls and issued each of them citations for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption. They are: Chastity N. Sikes, 17, and Jasmine L. Sikes, 17, both of 205 Steffens St. in Houston; and Jordan A. Light, 18, of Morton Road in Houston (address unknown).

Davis is charged with supplying liquor to a minor, knowingly tattooing teens without written consent of the minor’s parent and unlawful practice of tattooing.

The girls’ tattoos were photographed, and Davis’ tattoo kit was seized as evidence.
