A Plato man was arrested early Wednesday on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and DWI, the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Donald E. Parrish, 44, was taken to the Texas County Jail and held, according to a report.
Justin T. Collins, 21, of Cabool, was arrested Tuesday night on charges of DWI-drugs, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle and having no insurance, according to a report. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours.
