Houston will celebrate Halloween in the downtown business district from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight.
The event draws big crowds annually to Grand Avenue and the Lone Star Plaza at Pine Street and Grand Avenue.
Faith Fellowship also will have free hot dogs, carnival style games, a jump house and rock climb as part of its annual “trunk and treat.”
