A Mountain Grove man faces numerous charges following his arrest Monday night in Texas County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a vehicle driven by Casey J. Birky, 26, was arrested on charges of felony parole violation, felony resisting arrest creating a substantial risk to another person, felony endangering the welfare of a child, first degree; felony property damage, first degree; and numerous traffic charges, according to a report.
He was taken to the Mountain Grove Police Department and held without bond.
