A Licking man was arrested Wednesday on Texas County warrants, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Justin P. Giller, 21, of Licking, was arrested on three warrants charging him with larceny, DWI and traffic offenses. He was taken to the Texas County Jail, where he is held without bond.
