Ruth F. Story Warner Brockman, 91, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Willow Care Nursing.
She was born Jan. 25, 1921, in Burnham, daughter of Jess and Nora Gordon Story. She married Raymond L. Warner.
She was a Christian and attended church in Willow Springs.
She enjoyed quilting, sewing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond; and two grandsons.
Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Burnett of Pomona, Ann Warner of Willow Springs and Deborah Murphy of Belton; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; a brother, John Story; three sisters, Irma Jones, Melba Rothermich and Jessie Hitzfield; and many nieces and nephews.
Services were Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor David Barbee officiating. Cremains were buried in Caveness Cemetery.
