The Houston Garden Club on Tuesday announced the winners of its lawn contest on Tuesday.
Steve and Judy Chaney, 805 Augusta, took top honors. Other winners: Tim and Sandy Stow, 102 Bryan, second; the Lamar house, 312 Hawthorn, third; and Gary and Brenda Gentry, 902 Hawthorn, honorable mention.
Taking the business award was The Bank of Houston.
