A Bucyrus man was arrested Sunday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Larry W. Twyford, 58, was arrested on charges of felony DWI, speeding and wearing no seat belt, according to a report.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
