A Cabool woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to a report, Priscilla R. Belling, 39, was arrested on a Mountain Grove Police Department misdemeanor warrant charging her with shoplifting.
She was taken to the jail at Mountain Grove.
