The Texas County Girl Scouts will collect items to benefit those in need in the area from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at the United Methodist Church in Licking.
The group gathers gifts for Division of Family Services, soda tabs for Ronald McDonald House and quilts and stuffed animals for the first responders in the area.
“We would like the public to come and see the girls in action on what they do to give back to the community,” said Sarah Reese, a leader.
