The Houston High School choir will defend its conference title at Saturday’s SCA All-Conference Choir Competition in Willow Springs.
Choirs from South Central Association schools will compete for conference superiority. Following the team competition, students will combine their voices for a 4 p.m. show with a pair of groups. The first, the all-conference honors choir, was judged and selected two weeks previously. The second, the mass choir, is students who were not selected to the all-conference choir or who did not audition.
The Houston choir is under the direction of Beth Williamson. Admission is free.
