A man from Licking was arrested Tuesday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
James T. Smith, 61, was arrested on a DWI – drugs charge. He also received a warning for a lane violation.
Smith was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours, according to a report.
