Tammy Lynn Clish, 54, daughter of Betty (Hodge) and Charles Daniels, Sr., was born Aug. 22, 1958, in Charleston, W.V. She passed away Nov. 20, 2012, at her home in Houston, Mo.
Tammy grew up in the state of Michigan. She met and married Jerry Clish in 1989. They left Michigan and moved to Houston, Mo.
Tammy was preceded in death by her husband, her mother and one sister, Jeannie Grubbs.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina Morton and husband, A.J.; three grandchildren, Selena, Samra and Dominick; her father, Charles; four brothers, Chuck Daniels, Jr., Michael Daniels and wife, Renee, Dickie Daniels and wife, Theresa, and Otto Daniels and wife, Robyn; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and friends made throughout the years.
Tammy enjoyed doing handwork. She crocheted, did needlepoint, sewed and quilted. Many family members received special pieces of handwork that she had done with love. She also loved to watch her “special” TV shows, the Walton’s and Little House on the Prairie.
Spending time with her grandkids was an especially anticipated time of day for Tammy. She loved her family. Hearing from family members far and near was always enjoyed by her.
Tammy was a loving and giving lady. She had many friends and they knew she cared about them and always had time for them to drop by and visit or give her a call. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services were 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Cordie Wimberley officiating. Cremation followed the service under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
