Two persons were arrested Saturday night in Texas County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
William T. Nowlin, 64, of Ketchum, Okla., was arrested on a misdemeanor McDonald County warrant for fraud – insufficient funds. He was taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a report.
Anthony Lovan, 30, of Willow Springs, was arrested on a misdemeanor Texas County warrant for driving while under the influence. He was transported to the Texas County Jail, according to a report.
