Anthony Dean Clouse Jr., an infant, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012.
He was born Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, son of Anthony and Nicke.
Survivors include his parents and many family members.
Private graveside services were Wednesday, Dec. 5, in Boone Creek Cemetery with Wesley Wallace officiating. Services were under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
