The Houston United Methodist will operate “The Giving Room,” a shop for kids 5 to 12 on Saturday, Dec. 15.
Children can buy a present for parents, grandparents and siblings at the church’s fellowship hall from 10 a.m. until noon. Participants can enter through the back door.
All new and used items are under $1. Free gift wrapping is available. Parents will be able to relax in a separate room while the kids shop.
