A Mountain Grove man was arrested Sunday night in Texas County on several charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Rickey L. Emery, 51, was arrested on charges of chronic felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while revoked, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, having no insurance and failing to register a motor vehicle.
Emery was taken to the Texas County Jail and held 24 hours awaiting formal charges, according to a report.
Edward R. Collins, 65, of Mountain Grove, was arrested Sunday night in Texas County on a misdemeanor warrant charging him with driving while revoked. He was taken to the Mountain Grove Jail.
