The following are matters recently dealt with by Houston police:
Dec. 6
––Tracy L. Arbogast, 43, of 1120 Hawthorne St. in Houston, was issued a citation for driving a Missouri registered vehicle with expired license plates after an officer observed a maroon Pontiac van traveling on U.S. 63 bearing a 2009 license plate.
Dec. 10
––Two women from Alton and a man from West Plains were each issued citations for stealing under $500 after being caught attempting to shoplift several items from the Houston Walmart Supercenter, according to a report.
Cited were Chantel L. Drake, 23, and Danisha R. Price, 21, both of Alton, and Jerry J. Drake, 26, of West Plains.
Dec. 11
––Alex J. Collins, 23, of 17454 Highway B at Houston, was issued a citation for driving without a license.
Dec. 12
––Debbie K. Malchert, 52, of 14198 Highway U at Cabool, was issued a citation for failing to exhibit an insurance identification card after an officer was dispatched to investigate a two-car accident in the parking lot of a Highway 63 business.
––Brandon M. Ingram, 24, of 113 Hickory St. in Houston, was issued a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle after an officer observed a red Ford Focus traveling on U.S. 63 bearing license plates with expired tags.
Dec. 13
––Renee S. Phillips, 50, of 8205 Northview Lane, No. 2, in Houston, was arrested for having an active warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of passing bad checks.
An officer made the arrest at the Missouri Private Probation office after being made aware that Phillips was there.
