Services for retired Texas County Assessor Russell E. Koch, 87, of Bucyrus, are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Oak Hill Christian Church at White Rock.
Mr. Koch died Sunday, Dec. 2, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
No visitation is planned. A guest book will be available to sign from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Evans Funeral Home, Houston.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to White Rock Cemetery or Oak Hill Christian Church.
