A Willard man was arrested late Wednesday night on three charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Charles E. Doucette, 39, was arrested on a Fordland Police Department misdemeanor warrant for a moving traffic violation, wearing no seat belt and having no insurance.
He taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a report.
