Three baseball teams from Plato High School who advanced to the state final four will be honored during a special ceremony next month.
The 1982 and ’83 teams finished third in the state and the ’87 team placed fourth. Team members will be recognized during halftime of the Feb. 15 boys’ basketball game. A banner for each squad will be hung in the gymnasium.
“Please attend as we recognize this special time in Plato Eagle history,” said Plato Superintendent Ben Yocom.
