A Texas County Sheriff’s Department deputy reported last week that on Jan. 14 information was received from the owner of a Houston pawn shop indicating that a convicted felon had pawned two rifles.
The 49-year-old Licking man who sold the guns reportedly has 12 felony convictions on his record, and was not supposed to be in possession firearms. A copy of the officer’s report and supporting documentation was forwarded to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
