Highway 17 in Texas and Howell counties will be reduced to one lane next week, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation.
MoDOT said edge rut repairs will begin Monday and be completed Friday. Work is scheduled from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. daily.
MoDOT said the work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
Two other highways will also be reduced to one lane next week for repairs. They are:
––Eastbound U.S. 60 from Highway 181 in Texas County to Highway 95 in Wright County.
––Highway K from Highway 17 in Texas County to Highway KK (Akers Ferry) in Shannon County.
