Services for Herbert Tuttle, 74, of Birch Tree and a former resident of Summersville, are 10 a.m. Friday, March 1, at Midvale Church.
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at Bradford Funeral Home, Summersville.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Community Hospices of America.
