A Birch Tree man was arrested Thursday in Texas County on two outstanding warrants.
Kenneth D. Dailey, 51, was wanted on traffic offense warrants from Jefferson County and Butler County, according to a patrol report.
Dailey was taken to the Texas County Jail.
