Sales tax revenue in Texas County started 2013 on an up note, the Missouri Department of Revenue reported.
The tally from three one-cent sales taxes was about $66,000 each. That’s up more than 11 percent from the same period a year ago.
The three sales taxes are for debt repayment, maintenance and general operations.
