A Summersville man faces multiple charges following his arrest Tuesday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Michael A. Hebert, 35, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, driving while suspended, having no license plate light and two misdemeanor warrants from Salem Police Department charging him with shoplifting.
Hebert was taken to the Texas County Jail.
An Ava woman was arrested Tuesday night on charges of DWI and failure to stop at a sign, the patrol reports.
Billie R. Barnes, 26, of Ava, was taken to the county jail.
