Two persons were arrested by the state patrol in stops on Friday, Oct. 11; and Saturday, Oct. 12, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. 

A Licking man was arrested Monday night in Cole County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Richard S. Sims, 51, was wanted on a felony warrant for burglary (issued Jan. 4 in Texas County) and was cited for possession of an open title and failure to produce insurance.

He was taken to the Cole County Jail, according to a report.
