A Winona man was arrested Monday night on two felony warrants charging him with stealing and burglary in Texas County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Ronnie G. Blake, 30, was taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a report. The charges stem from the theft of wire on Nov. 30 and Dec. 18 of last year.
