A Houston woman was arrested by the Houston Police Department Friday evening on four felony charges related to child abuse.
Crystal D. Turrubiates, 31, of 109 Third St., is charged with two counts of abuse or neglect of a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to court records.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail. Bond was set at $250,000.
