Sales tax revenue collected in Texas County inched up slightly during the latest monthly distribution, reports the Missouri Department of Revenue.
Monies collected from three, half-cent sales taxes totaled about $91,000 each, which was up about $3,800 on each from the same monthly period a year ago. For the year, $157,000 has been collected. That’s up about 7 percent from 2012.
