The Houston High School baseball team’s 2013 season opener has been postponed a day following heavy rain over the weekend.
The Tigers, who were scheduled to play Monday, will instead face Mountain Grove on Tuesday in the first game of the Neal’s Sporting Goods Leadoff Classic.
HHS will face Salem on Wednesday and conclude the tournament against Cuba on Thursday. All games will begin at 4 p.m.

Houston vs. Mtn. Grove, 4 p.m.
Salem vs. Cuba, 6 p.m.
Wednesday’s games
