A woman from Cabool was arrested Monday on several charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Billie J. Springer, 31, was arrested on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, Texas County warrant for fraud, insufficient funds; and Cabool Police Department warrant for wearing no seat belt.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail and held, according to a report.
